- Fine-fibered, opaque quartz aggregate with sediments of krokydolite (from the hornblende family).

- Blue, Dark Blue, Blue-gray to Blue-Black, with Silky, Shimmering reflections. (Often mixed with Tiger's Eye (Altered Crocidolite Pseudomorph)).

Physical virtues:
