Order preparation time:

What is the order processing time?

  • For orders placed and validated by credit card before 1 p.m., the average processing time before dispatch is 24 hours. (Excluding delivery time).
  • For orders placed and validated by credit card after 1 p.m., the average processing time is 48 hours. (Excluding delivery time).
  • For an order placed and validated by credit card on Friday, the average processing time is 72 hours. (Excluding delivery time).
  • Orders paid by card, bank transfer, or PayPal are processed and confirmed only upon receipt of payment . This means that all ordered products remain reserved pending receipt of your payment. To ensure timely processing, your order will be registered on the day we receive your retirement notice or the aforementioned data.
  • All orders not immediately validated by payment within 12 hours may be cancelled and relisted online. This is unless otherwise agreed upon in advance by both parties, formalized in writing. (This applies in the case of multiple orders and while awaiting additional stock.)
  • Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all the products in them are available .
  • If an item is unavailable , your order will be processed as soon as it arrives. You can request a partial shipment of your order (by contacting our customers by email at labesaceduptitpoucet@hotmail.com or by phone at 09.84.22.22.69, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, French time). Additional shipping charges will then be applied to the remaining items.
  • During checkout, you can pay for your order using the list to the left of the payment page. You will need to select your preferred delivery method to have your shipping costs calculated. You can choose from the various details provided in the list: ( price, insurance, conditions, weight, and delivery zones). Please also indicate your preferred services by simply replying to this email via the "Contact Us" section or by specifying them when placing your order.
