Order preparation time:

What is the order processing time?

• For an order placed and validated by credit card before 1 p.m., the average processing time before shipment is 24 hours. (Excluding delivery time).
• For an order placed and validated by credit card after 1 p.m., the average processing time is 48 hours. (Excluding delivery time).
• For an order placed and validated by credit card on Friday, the average processing time is 72 hours. (Excluding delivery time).

• Orders by card, transfer or Paypal are processed and validated upon receipt of payment only . This means not changing anything as all products ordered are reserved pending receipt of your payment. In anticipation of receiving the chronological order, yours will be recorded on the day of receipt of the retirement or sending of the data above.
• All orders not immediately validated by payment within 12 hours may be canceled and put back online. Unless prior agreement between the two parties, convened by mail and in writing. (In the case of a multi-order and while waiting for stock to be added)
• Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all products are available .
• If an item is unavailable , your order will be available upon receipt of it. You can request partial shipment of your order (by contacting our customers by mail at labesaceduptitpoucet@hotmail.com or by telephone at 09.84.22.22.69 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., French time), additional shipping costs will be then invoiced for the remainder.
• When you go to checkout, you can pay for your order in the list to the left of the payment table. You need to check the delivery method of your choice, in order to be able to start calculating your shipping costs. You can choose from the different details given in the list: ( Price, insurance, conditions, weight and delivery areas).
