What are the delivery times?
When validating your basket, a maximum shipping time of 3 days to one week will be counted for all orders placed on Friday evening (except in the case of closure for holidays, where the deadlines will be fixed until resumption and reopening). For all orders placed, paid and whose payment appears as validated on our accounts, your order will be deposited during the day.
For your information, once your order has been shipped, the delivery time varies depending on the carrier chosen and the destination:

- 2 to 3 working days for deliveries in mainland France (delivery possible on Saturday), allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for delivery to Monaco or Corsica.
- Approximately 3 days for shipments to Belgium
- Approximately 7 to 8 days for shipments to the French overseas departments and territories

- 2 to 3 days for delivery to Monaco, Corsica or Belgium.
- Approximately 2 to 3 days for deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories (allow an additional 3 to 4 days for delivery to St Pierre and Miquelon).

- All these deadlines, there is no deadline, it is expected that the fees and payment deadlines will be different.
- Transport does not include delivery to the floors, which remains at the discretion of the driver.
- As delivery can take place throughout the day, we encourage you to make arrangements to be there at your convenience. The carrier's contact details are provided in your order's shipping confirmation email.
How do I calculate my shipping costs?
- The total shipping cost is available in your shopping cart. Depending on the products added (quantity, size, weight, total price, etc.), the list of available products (i.e., those able to fulfill your order) is displayed with the associated shipping cost.
- When you check out , you have the option to choose your delivery service provider from the list on the left of the payment table . You will need to check the delivery method of your choice in order to start calculating your shipping costs. You can choose from the various details given in the list: ( Price, insurance, conditions, weight and delivery areas). Please also let us know your choice of service provider by simply returning an email via the "Contact us" section or by specifying it when you place your order.
