What are the delivery times?
When validating your basket, a maximum shipping time of 3 days to a week will be counted for all orders made on Friday evening (except in the event of closure for the holidays, where the deadlines will be fixed until resumption and reopening). For all orders placed, paid and for which payment appears as validated on our accounts, your order will be placed within the day.
For information, once your order has been shipped, the delivery time varies depending on the carrier chosen and the destination:
- 2 to 3 working days for shipments in mainland France (delivery possible on Saturday), allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for delivery to Monaco or Corsica.
- Around 3 days for shipments to Belgium
- Approximately 7 to 8 days for shipments to the DOM / COM / TOM
- 1 day for shipments within mainland France (deliveries from Monday to Saturday).
- 2 to 3 days for delivery to Monaco, Corsica or Belgium.
- Approximately 2 to 3 days for shipments in the DOM / COM / TOM (allow an additional 3 to 4 days for delivery to St Pierre and Miquelon).

- All these deadlines, there is no deadline, it is expected that the fees and payment times will be different.
- Transport does not include delivery to the floors which remains at the discretion of the driver.
- As delivery can take place throughout the day, we invite you to make your arrangements to be present in your conditions. The carrier's contact details are specified in the shipping confirmation email for your order.
How can I calculate my shipping costs?
- The total shipping costs are available in your basket. Depending on the products added (quantity, size, weight, total price, etc.), the list of available products (i.e. able to support your order) is presented with the amount of inherent shipping costs.
- When you go to checkout , you have the option at the time of payment to choose your service provider for the delivery of your order from the list on the left of the payment table . You will need to check the delivery method of your choice , in order to be able to start calculating your shipping costs. You can choose from the different details given in the list: ( Price, insurance, conditions, weight and delivery areas). Please also let us know your choice of service provider, by simply returning an email via the “Contact Us” section or by specifying it to us at the time of your order.
