1) Are the crystals treated or tinted?

The store being ethical, we guarantee quality crystals, untreated or tinted.

2) If I order, what crystals will I receive?

The photos of our crystals for sale are all contractual, you will receive very precisely what you ordered in photos.

3) Is it possible to find and buy imitations or counterfeits in this store?

Although it is increasingly difficult to tell the difference between the real and the fake, our experience with minerals is a major asset in the expertise of the crystals that we offer in our store. In addition, we are equipped with the same measurement and control tools as in jewelry in order to further reduce the risk of counterfeiting.

4) Can Little Thumb crystals be used directly in lithotherapy?

Our crystals, once again, according to the ethics of our store, are chosen based on their quality as well as their extraction method and their treatment. As a result, they are fully able to serve you in lithotherapy and bring you all their power.

5) What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

For all orders placed from Monday to Thursday, shipments are scheduled for the day or the next day at the latest. On the other hand, for all orders placed on Friday, shipments are scheduled for Monday in order to avoid breaking the shipping chain and to avoid the risk of loss or theft in postal sorting. Concerning the shipping rates, they are calculated from the postal rates according to the rate scales for the current year and on the basis of the information that you have provided: your residence address and your chosen shipping options (with or without loss/theft insurance). Finally, delivery times are the times specific to postal services, we are therefore completely independent of these times and not responsible for delivery times carried out by postal services.

6) Is it possible to order crystals out of catalogues?

It is of course possible to order crystals that we do not have in store stock according to your needs or desires. However, payment of the full amount will be required before any order and will no longer be refundable once we have placed your order with our suppliers. This rule is to avoid order cancellations later and to prevent us from having to keep stocks that are difficult to sell later.
