What precautions should be taken upon delivery?

Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the equipment is in perfect condition (and, if applicable, to note this detailed damage on the carrier's delivery slip). This check must be carried out at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver . We recommend that you keep the packaging, which may be useful in the event of a product return, and is essential if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

My package is damaged!

  • Open it in the driver's presence to check if the product is damaged. If so, refuse it. It is best to open the box only in the driver's presence.
  • If the driver refuses to let you open the package, do so anyway and do not sign for it until you have had a chance to open and inspect your order. Please note that the delivery person has no right to refuse you access to your order. However, re-tape the package securely so that it cannot be reopened by the delivery person or anyone else. Any contents missing after opening will not be refunded.
  • If, despite everything, the delivery person refuses to let you open the package, accept it in this case but do not omit the mentions "subject to .... (broken products, missing parts etc.). Without this or these mentions, the package cannot be refunded in accordance with the general sales conditions of the delivery service providers.
