What precautions should be taken upon delivery?
Upon receipt of your order, it is important to carefully check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the equipment is in perfect condition (and, if applicable, to note this detailed damage on the delivery note of the carrier). This verification must be done at the time of delivery and presence of the driver .
We recommend that you keep the packaging, it can be useful in the event of returning the product, and is essential if you wish to benefit from your right of withdrawal.
My package is damaged!
- Open it in the presence of the driver to see if the product is damaged. If so, refuse it. It is best to always open the box in the presence of the driver.
- If the driver refuses to let you open the package, do it anyway and don't sign anything until you can open and check your order. Please note that the delivery person has no right to refuse you control of your order. However, re-tape the package correctly so that it cannot be reopened by the delivery person or another person. Any content missing following opening will not be refunded.
- If, despite everything, the delivery person refuses to allow you to open the package, accept it in this case but do not omit the words "subject to .... (broken products, missing parts, etc.). Without this or these words, the package will not may be reimbursed in accordance with the sales terms and conditions of the delivery providers.
