Right & withdrawal period:
I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal
On the delivery date of your order, if you are an individual, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us within this period, a withdrawal form or any other unambiguous declaration expressing your wish to withdraw (C. consom. art. L 121-21 ), and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods by carrier to the store address remain your responsibility.
To facilitate the proper management of returns within the withdrawal period, you can first complete the refund request form in your customer account. An email will then be sent to you explaining the procedure for returning your order.
In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- 1° Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (in particular jewelry mounted and personalized according to the Customer's needs).
- 2° Limited edition items.
- 3° All products that have been the subject of a prior agreement between the two parties for a special order not forming part of the so-called usual orders such as Geodes or other products not initially sold in the store and that we could have ordered specially on behalf of the customer.
- 4° in accordance with our general conditions of sale, any product having been validated twice during the purchase and not satisfying the customer, who has according to these same general conditions of sale obligations to check his order and all the details constituting it.
