I would like to use my right of withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, if you are an individual, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us, within this period, a withdrawal form or any other declaration, without of ambiguity, expressing your desire to withdraw (Consumer Code art. L 121-21 ), and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods by carrier to the address of the store remain your responsibility.
In order to facilitate the proper management of returns within the framework of the withdrawal period, you can first complete the refund request form in your customer account. An email is then sent to you to explain the procedure for returning your order.
In compliance with article. L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- 1° Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (in particular jewelry assembled and personalized according to the Customer's needs).
- 2° Limited edition items.
- 3° All products which have been the subject of a prior agreement between the two parties for a special order which is not part of the so-called usual orders such as Geodes or other products not initially sold on the store and which we could have ordered specially on behalf of the client.
- 4° in accordance with our general conditions of sale, any products having been validated twice during purchase and not satisfying the customer, who has, according to these same General Conditions of Sale, the obligation to check his order and all the details constituting it.
