You can place it in several places in your home, near or on devices that emit these waves (television, computer, etc.).

Cleaning, recharging, reprogramming:

• Clean with clear spring water or filtered water (never add salt to the water. Salt alters the structure of the mineral and the abyss). Soak the mineral overnight in an unmarked glass container, then take it out in the morning to rinse it with fresh spring or filtered water.
• Direct charging on a crystal or amethyst druse, in a crystal or amethyst geode.
