Apache Tear Obsidian

Color & appearance:

• Fairly translucent black, allows light to pass through. May have slightly iridescent reflections inside.

• Apache Tears are a form of Obsidian which is a volcanic rock rich in silica.
• The main deposits of these minerals are located in volcanic areas.
• Obsidian stone can take on various colors: black, gray, green, etc. According to the tradition of the American Indians, this stone is a protective stone par excellence.
